Susan is no nonsense. A former school teacher posing as a capable front desk person, she has aspirations of being a hair stylist. She is currently in school at Clover Park. We hope that her evolution stays with us, and she ends up making your day in the future.

Heather Scott - Designer | Daymaker

She's a "Spunky Spice" with a heart as big as the state she comes from, TEXAS.

Heather joined us over a year ago as a receptionist while she obtained her Washington license. She is TIGI trained and will wow you by her competency with curly hair (since she was born with it) as well as color. She is currently on her path to becoming our Davines Color Space Specialist. She also has the ability to give you a style all your own whether it is sleek or wild and crazy. She says you will leave with whatever style "blows your dress up"! Heather has an amazing daughter named Haleigh, who has lately sported a rockin' Mohawk, and expresses herself through dance activities with MLK Ballet.

Stefanie is our quirky soul - always sharing with us the lighter side of life. She started with us as an intern during her schooling, became a "New Talent", and is working on her Skill Set Certifications to become a full fledged Daymaker. She says, "Creativity is a combination of Passion and Imagination that drives us to change things for the better." Come see her on a Model Tuesday for ½ off Color services.

Anna OTT to be a "Rock Star"

Anna has been with Embellish for over 3 years. She is the "Rock Star" of style at Embellish. In college, she almost flunked out because she was too busy doing everyone's hair in the dorms. Luckily for us, she recognized her passion and ended up at Embellish. This fuels another passion of hers, Community. Anna is dedicated to the well being of the relationships she creates and fosters. Her natural talents give her the ability to shift focus from conservative to edgy making all who sit in her chair extremely loyal clients.

Fashion beats out function ALWAYS, But this matching thing has gone too far!

Patricia is a Tacoma region die-hard. Growing up in Lakewood, making her way to the North End and eventually downtown, she had the courage to trudge the road of entrepreneurship. After 10 years of being a hairdresser and an educator in the beauty industry, fate plopped her and her collection of salon furniture on 6th and St. Helens (now Maxwell's). Embellish has grown form a one person venture with no built-in or walk-in clientele, to Tacoma Weekly's 2008 Best Salon in Tacoma. Patricia's involvement in the community is responsible for it's success. Downtown Tacoma is a great playground, and Patricia thrives on celebrating and connecting all the wonderful characters she meets. Sitting in her chair fosters possibilities far beyond a great do.
